Freefoam, Recruitment Video

Overview
Freefoam is a manufacturer of building products, supplying fascia, soffit, and roofline solutions to installers across Ireland and the UK. Lyne Media worked with Freefoam Ireland to produce a recruitment video aimed at installers for the Irish market.

The Challenge
This was the first recruitment video created specifically for Freefoam Ireland. The aim was to clearly communicate the benefits of becoming a Freefoam Registered Installer, while keeping the tone straightforward and authentic. The video needed to work across paid and organic digital campaigns without feeling over produced.

Our Approach

Planning & Pre-Production: We worked with the Freefoam Ireland team to outline the key messages and structure for the video. A simple script was used to guide the interviews, while allowing installers to speak naturally on camera.

On-Location Filming: Filming took place on location at a residential installation. The shoot focused on capturing real installers using Freefoam products in a working environment, alongside supporting b-roll showing the installation process and finished roofline details.

Video Production & Editing: The footage was edited into a clear, focused recruitment video, combining interview content with supporting visuals and music. The final edit was delivered in a format suitable for use across digital platforms.

The Outcome
The finished video gave Freefoam Ireland a practical recruitment asset to support installer focused campaigns and future marketing activity. It also provided a solid starting point for further video content aimed at the Irish market.
